If Klarna is unable to collect a biweekly payment on the scheduled day, they will try again and notify you prior to doing so. If the payment is unsuccessful when they retry, the missed payment will be added to the next scheduled payment. Your payments are automatically withdrawn from your connected card according to the agreed payment schedule, but you can make early payments anytime you wish.
Log in to the app to extend your due date. If you postpone your due date any upcoming payments for this order will be rescheduled to be withdrawn biweekly from the new payment date. You can see updated payment plans in the app by tapping Show plan on the order page.
